Shipping charges
What you pay for delivery depends on how you receive your order and whether it includes sale/offer items:
Store Pickup (Bhuj showroom)Free
Regular products (delivered)Free
Sale / Offer items — within Gujarat₹50
Sale / Offer items — outside Gujarat₹100
- Store Pickup is always free — reserve online and collect from our Bhuj showroom.
- Regular (non-offer) products ship free of charge when delivered.
- Some sale/offer items carry a specific shipping charge set on the product. Where that applies, the product's own charge is used instead of the ₹50 / ₹100 rate.
- The exact shipping amount is always shown clearly on the product and again in your order summary at checkout before you pay.
Store pickup
Prefer to collect in person? Choose Store Pickup at checkout to reserve your order with no shipping charge, then visit our Bhuj (Kutch) showroom to collect it.
Returns & exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review product details carefully and reach out to us with any questions before placing your order.
